I am a Personal Trainer that offers a unique, fun, holistic style of fitness training in the Seattle area that you won't find anywhere else.

My personal training programs involve natural body movement exercises combined with unique strength training implements (such as Clubbells, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Gym-Rings, etc...), yoga, and a joint mobility practice where the synergistic training effect not only makes your body stronger, slimmer and more toned, but also more mobile, flexible and relaxed.
