HighGround Inc. was founded in 1996 by J Charles "Chuck" Coughlin. Mr. Coughlin was named "Best Political Operative in Arizona" by the Arizona Capitol Times and HighGround is a regular winner at the American Association of Political Consultants annual awards presentations.
