PowerFit Bootcamp is a 1 hour, high energy, fat burning and strength training program for men and woman that will help you get results fast.
Our program will help set you up for success! You will get a full body workout, while learning how to implement proper training techniques that will produce results. As you are challenged to push through obstacles, you will learn the true meaning of perseverance.
During the hour-long PowerFit Bootcamp class you will get a full-body workout that will push you to the max.
Each class is broken down into 4 Cycles in 15 minute increments:
Cycle 1 – Warm up
Cycle2 – Upper Body
Cycle 3 – Lower Body
Cycle 4 – Combo/Cool Down
