Sunbridge Institute is an independent, non-profit adult learning community dedicated to the support of Waldorf education.
Sunbridge's 25-month, low-residency programs in Early Childhood and Elementary Waldorf teacher preparation and our week-long Summer Series courses in professional development, leadership, and Waldorf education offer abundant opportunities for journeys of self-discovery and personal transformation within a rich community experience.
Our school is devoted to collaborative learning, hands-on artistic practice, individual learning goals, and the concept of education as service. Our classes are small, and our students and faculty work together in practical explorations of the world around us.
All activities at Sunbridge Institute are inspired by the research and lifework of Rudolf Steiner, an early 20th century innovator in philosophy, agriculture, architecture, holistic health, and Western esoteric studies, and the founder of Waldorf education.
